In 2017, Bob made the bold decision to walk away from a successful 17-year corporate career in finance to pursue real estate full-time. Around the same time, Abby stepped away from a thriving property management business she co-owned—one that managed and leased over $100 million in real estate—to focus on sales and investing.

When they met at Art Herling's office in Blue Bell, Long & Foster Real Estate at the time, it didn’t take long to realize something important: their work ethic, values, and passion for real estate were perfectly aligned. They weren’t just looking to close deals—they wanted to build something meaningful. Something different.

In 2018, that vision became Philly Property Group—a team built around a more thoughtful, full-picture approach to real estate. One that considers not just the transaction, but the long-term goals, lifestyle, and financial future of every client.​

Abby’s path to real estate has always been rooted in people. Originally from Canton, Ohio, and having lived across multiple states, she brings a broad perspective and deep adaptability to every client relationship. After earning her Master’s from Villanova University and beginning her career in the corporate world with companies like SAP and Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, she transitioned into real estate in 2014—quickly building and scaling her own successful company. Today, she lives in the Philadelphia suburbs with her husband, daughters, and their pup, and brings the same creativity and care to her clients as she does to her life at home.

Bob is Philadelphia through and through. A Temple University graduate, his deep roots in the city and surrounding suburbs give him an unmatched understanding of the local market. After nearly two decades leading teams in corporate finance, he turned his focus to real estate—growing quickly into one of the area’s top agents. His background in finance and auditing gives clients a strategic edge, whether they’re buying, selling, or developing. Known for his energy and drive, Bob has worked on some of the city’s most notable transactions and continues to be a trusted advisor to developers, investors, and homeowners alike.
